Hi, my name is Hong Xuan Lock but many people know me as Cyndi. I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years as a cosmetologist specializing in nails. makeup. and eyebrows. I received my Bachelor's in Business Administration in 2014 and have since helped run my family's salon, DP Nails. We have been a proud, locally-owned member of the Malvern business community for over 20 years. My passion is to help people be confident and love themselves. I believe that when we look good on the outside this helps us heal and feel good on the inside. As the next step along this path, I graduated as the first Master's Student from the Arkansas Permanent Cosmetic Institute. While there, I gained experience with well over 100 permanent cosmetic procedures with a wide range of applications. In addition to several Advance mastery Training in MicroShading brows and Paramedical procedure certificated. Let me help you embrace your true Self through the art of Permanent Cosmetics.
